Maximum Seed Balls Made Simultaneously by an Organization
The record for the maximum number of seed balls made simultaneously by an organization was set by the Rotary Club of Dombivli East, Maharashtra. On June 21, 2025, 2,700 members of the Rotary Club of Dombivli East, along with a large group of children, came together to create 2,05,084 seed balls using seeds from multiple native tree species, compost, and soil in a short period. The initiative was undertaken to promote environmental consciousness and encourage green action, fostering harmony with nature, as confirmed on June 21, 2025.
