The record for planting the maximum number of saplings at a single site for voter awareness was set by District Administration, Bongaigaon, Assam, at a degraded reserved forest situated in 32 Bongaigaon Legislative Assembly Constituency, Assam. A total of 1,670 people planted 32,000 saplings on April 2, 2021 for restoring the degraded forest and to support the endangered species of the Golden Langur.
