The record for performing the maximum number of rope skips was set by Dhanush Shetty Vandar (born on August 25, 2013) of Udupi, Karnataka. He performed 1,477 non-stop rope skips in 9 minutes and 33 seconds, at the age of 11 years, 6 months and 30 days, as confirmed on March 24, 2025.
