The record for carving out the maximum number of portraits of Nobel Prize winners of India on leaves was set by Akhil Vinayak R. (born on January 31, 2000) of Pathanamthitta, Kerala. He carved out the portraits of nine Nobel Prize winners of India on different jackfruit leaves including Rabindranath Tagore, Sir C.V. Raman, Mother Teresa, Amartya Sen and Abhijit Banerjee, as confirmed on July 17, 2021.
