Maximum Poets Contributed to an Assamese Anthology
The record for the maximum number of poets contributing to an Assamese anthology was set by Sanskardhwani Foundation of Guwahati, Assam. 1,000 poets from different parts of Assam and beyond contributed one poem each to an anthology titled Sahasra Kabir Sahasra Kabita. This special collection is written in “Classical Assamese Language” and reflects the beauty, depth, and unity of Assamese poetry and culture, as confirmed on April 10, 2025.
