Maximum People Pledged to Raise Awareness on Electrical Safety

The record for maximum people pledged to raise awareness on Electrical Safety was set by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), Maharashtra. On June 6, 2025, a total of 42,201 employees from all 16 zones of MSEDCL pledged to follow Electrical Safety Rules. This initiative aimed to educate the employees about the risks associated with unsafe electrical practices and to foster a culture of adopting safe electrical habits at home, in schools, workplaces, and public spaces, as confirmed on July 31, 2025.
