Maximum People Enacted in a Shadow Play
The record for the maximum number of people enacted in a shadow play was set by Mahindra University, Hyderabad. Directed by student Kaushal Talluri, the performance was showcased on November 19, 2025, during the cultural festival titled ‘Roots’ at Mahindra University, which celebrates creativity and artistic expression. A total of 28 students performed behind a custom-built shadow screen measuring 10 meters by 5 meters, as confirmed on November 22, 2025.
