The record for the maximum participation in a Kannada song performance at a venue was set by Dr. Sriramachandra, Secretary of Bagaluru Sri Manju Vidya Samsthe (born on April 1, 1959) of Bengaluru, Karnataka. On November 18, 2025, he organized a large-scale musical event on the institution’s campus, where a total of 1166 students and teachers performed a series of Kannada songs celebrating the rich heritage, culture, and pride of Karnataka. The highlight of the event was a joint Hindustani Chotakayal performance, as confirmed on November 18, 2025.
