The record for performing the maximum number of one-leg raised push-ups in 30 seconds was set by Sojin Shyju Kurian (born on February 6, 2008) of Kottayam, Kerala. He performed 56 one-leg raised push-ups in 30 seconds (with only one leg touching the ground), at the age of 16 years, 4 months and 1 day, as confirmed on June 7, 2024.
