The record for performing the maximum number of one leg raised push-ups in 30 seconds was set by Arsalan Ali Ahsan (born on June 12, 2011) of Deoghar, Jharkhand. He performed 70 one-leg-raised push-ups in 30 seconds (with only the right leg touching the ground), at the age of 12 years, 11 months and 23 days, as confirmed on June 4, 2024.
