The record for bending the maximum number of iron rods using the throat was set by Sony Soman (born on April 30, 1998) of Alappuzha, Kerala. Without touching the rods, he bent 36 iron rods in 5 minutes and 23 seconds using his throat, as confirmed on November 17, 2021.
