Maximum non-stop performance of suryanamaskars by a mixed age group
The record for the maximum non-stop performance of suryanamaskars by a mixed age group was set by Vasantha Yoga Academy, Hyderabad, Telangana. A total of 35 participants of mixed age groups between 19 to 56 gathered at the Vivekananda Kendra Kaushalam, Hyderabad, Telangana and performed non-stop 108 Suryanamaskars under the guidance of Ch Vasantha Lakshmi, (a certified yoga master, MSC yoga holder, and international yoga medalist), as confirmed on November 25, 2023.
