The record for identifying the maximum number of mountain animals was set by L. M. Adiran (born on March 23, 2023) of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He identified and recalled the names of 98 mountain animals, in 3 minutes and 7 seconds, by viewing pictures of animals on a mobile screen, at the age of 3 years, 2 months and 24 days, as confirmed on June 16, 2026.
