Maximum micro paintings on Pistachio shells painted by a teen
The record for painting the maximum number of micro paintings on Pistachio shells was set by Keerthana Podala (born on May 1, 2006) of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. She painted 150 micro paintings (75 freedom fighters and 75 other paintings portraying our country’s heritage and traditions) on Pistachio shells on the occasion of Independence Day. The artwork was completed in 32 hours and 20 minutes at the age of 16 years, 3 months and 28 days, as confirmed on August 29, 2022.
