The record for compiling the maximum number of memoirs in Marathi was set by Rajan Baburao Lakhe (born on March 30, 1958) of Pune, Maharashtra. He compiled 100 memoirs of 100 distinguished people in a book titled ‘Bakulgandha’ (ISBN: 978-81-95808-168) as a tribute to the renowned Marathi poet Smt. Shanta Shelke. The book was published by Dynanganga Prakashan in the year 2022, as confirmed on September 21, 2023.
