The record for making the maximum number of Mandala arts of human anatomy in one hour was set by Dhiya K. J. (March 6, 2003) of Ernakulam, Kerala. She drew eight organs of the human anatomy namely the Brain, Esophagus, Lungs, Heart, Liver, Stomach, Kidney, Large and Small Intestines in one hour on a single A4 size sheet, as confirmed on October 18, 2021.
