Maximum Maharashtrian turbans tied at a single venue
The record for maximum Maharashtrian turbans tied at a single venue was set by Founder of MLA Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, Abhilasha Belure (born on August 19, 1980) of Pune, Maharashtra. A total of 403 People from the age group of 18 to 60 participated in a Maharashtrian turban (traditionally known as Pheta) tying event in 59 minutes wherein colourful turbans were used and the rich colours captured the essence of the real Maratha at Hotel central park, Deccan, Pune, on August 13, 2023.
