The record for performing the maximum number of push-ups in 30 seconds while balancing on three glasses was set by K.S.Sunil Kumar (born on May 15, 1971) of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He balanced himself on three steel glasses placed upside down on the floor and performed 55 knuckle push- ups in 30 seconds, as confirmed on October 28, 2022.
