The record for maximum Indian states and UTs visited by road to raise awareness about public hygiene was set by Raja Narasimhan (born on December 15, 1964) of Pune Maharashtra. He along with his wife Priti Raja Narasimhan and Cara Champion Raja (Labrador pet dog) conducted a drive under their campaign ‘Spit Free India Movement by Sare Jahan Se Acha Foundation’ in which a total distance of 32000 kms across 20 states and 2 Union Territories of India in 8 phases from March 2021 till February 2023; as confirmed on July 1, 2023.
