The record for creating the maximum number of illuminated portraits was set by Sarandev S. S. (born on September 24, 1995) of Kerala. He made eight portraits (measuring 56 cm x 34 cm) including APJ Abdul Kalam, Bhagat Singh, Mother Teresa, Swami Vivekanand and Srinivasa Ramanujan using cardboard, coffee, crushed egg shells and illuminating lights, as confirmed on February 2, 2021.
