The record for performing the maximum number of hula hoop spins in multiple positions in 15 minutes was set by M. Ritikha (born on September 20, 2009) of Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu. She performed 2,120 hula hoop spins in four positions namely through waist, knees, right wrist and by moving around her body in 15 minutes at the age of 12 years, 2 months and 17 days, as confirmed on December 7, 2021.
