The record for the maximum number of gynecologists pledging virtually to support maternal health awareness was set by Mankind Pharma Ltd (Femicare Division) of New Delhi in collaboration with FOGSI. On the occasion of National Safe Motherhood Day, April 11, 2025, a total of 11,143 Gynecologists pledged digitally to advocate for planned pregnancies, quality prenatal care, adequate nutrition, and evidence-based maternal health practices. This initiative aims to strengthen awareness about maternal healthcare in India, as confirmed on May 7, 2025.
