The record for the Maximum Government and Government Aided Schools Participated in Thirukural Recitation Competition was set by VIT Bhopal University. The Thirukural Recitation competition for government and government-aided school students was conducted at VIT Chennai and VIT Vellore campuses on the 10th and 11th of October 2023 wherein a total of 856 schools participated and recited the Thirukural recitation competition, as confirmed on February 2, 2024.
