The maximum number of flowers made using fish scales is 468 and this record was set by Anu Bordoloi (born on October 15, 1952) of Marangi Chariali, Assam. She collected fish scales from dead fishes and then dried them. Later, she grouped them to make beautiful flowers by painting them. The record stands confirmed on January 23, 2021.
