The record for covering the maximum distance on a bicycle was set by Varad Amol Bhutada (born on February 24, 2008) of Pune, Maharashtra, along with his parents. They covered 763.7 km on a bicycle expedition in 13 days (starting on May 17, 2022 at 4.41 pm from Zurich Airport, Switzerland and completing their expedition at 9.32 am at Venlo, Netherlands on May 29, 2022). They travelled through Switzerland, Germany, France and Netherlands, as confirmed on June 9, 2022.
