The record for covering the maximum distance on a motorcycle to visit all Jyotirlingas was set by Vishal Choragasti (born on August 9, 1995) of Vijayapura, Karnataka. He started a motorcycle expedition from Vijayapura on August 24, 2023; covered all 12 Jyotirlingas, namely Somnath, Vaidyanath, Nageshwar, Bhimashankar, Trimbakeshwar, Grishneshwar, Mahakaleshwar, Omkareshwar, Kashi Vishwanath, Kedarnath, Rameshwaram and Mallikarjuna, and completed the expedition on September 23, 2023; travelled 12, 481 km in 32 days, as confirmed on November 9, 2023.
