The record for covering the maximum distance on a geared bicycle was set by Sree Vinayak R (born on August 17, 2016) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He covered a distance of 10 km on an eight geared bicycle in 29 minutes and 36 seconds, at the age of 7 years, 11 months and 5 days, as confirmed on July 22, 2024.
