The record for visiting the maximum number of countries of Europe in one year was set by Manish Govindan (born on October 30, 1986) of Kannur, Kerala, along with his wife and son. They visited 23 countries of Europe, including Germany, Belgium, Italy and Sweden, among others, in one year from July 6, 2024 to June 19, 2025, as confirmed on October 28, 2025.
