The record for identifying the flags of the maximum number of countries in 30 seconds was set by Shamit Mehrotra (born on September 10, 2012) of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. He identified the flags of 61 countries in 30 seconds, by viewing their pictures on a screen, at the age of 10 years, 7 months and 15 days, as confirmed on April 25, 2023.
