The record for recalling the names of the maximum number of countries and their capitals in one minute was set by Saketh Parameswaran (born on August 18, 2013) of Thrissur, Kerala. He recalled the names of 100 countries with their respective capitals in one minute (with blindfolded eyes) at the young age of 8 years, 3 months and 14 days, as confirmed on December 1, 2021.
