The record for achieving the maximum number of certificates in Hindi competitions in a foreign nation was set by Akshita Kanna (born on August 25, 2004) of Narasaraopet, Andhrapradesh (now residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE). She achieved 28 certificates in competitions conducted in Abu Dhabi from 2015 -2021 at school, zonal, national and international levels. The competitions included Public Speaking, Poem Writing and Extempore in Hindi, as confirmed on July 26, 2021.
