Maximum books in Assamese language written by an individual
The record for writing the maximum number of books in Assamese language was set by Kanmani Nath (born on July 26, 1987) of Baksa, Assam. He wrote five different books in Assamese language, namely ‘Sitrakolpo’ in 2021 (an educational book), ‘Achin Chiinakia’ in 2022 (a novel), ‘Gyan Darshan’ in 2022 (an educational book), ‘Bhalpowar Thikona’ in 2023 (a poetry book) and ‘Sofolotar Mapkathi’ in 2023 (a book of essays), as confirmed on July 22, 2023.
