Maximum birds identified by a child

The record for identifying the maximum number of birds was set by Arpit Akshay Choudhary (born on April 5, 2018) of Pune, Maharashtra. He identified and recalled the names of 763 birds in 31 minutes and 45 seconds by viewing the pictures of birds on a large TV screen, at the age of 8 years, 2 months and 20 days, as confirmed on June 25, 2026.
