The record for recalling the maximum number of binomial scientific names was set by Arnadip Acharjya (born on January 1, 2020) of Kolkata, West Bengal (now residing in Ontario, Canada). He recalled 167 binomial scientific names of fruits, vegetables, birds and animals in 7 minutes and 23 seconds, at the age of 3 years, 9 months and 10 days, as confirmed on October 11, 2023.
