The record for reciting the maximum number of Bible verses was set by Ophni Shabin (born on May 12, 2017) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She recited 643 Bible verses in three languages, namely Tamil (626 verses), English (11 verses) and Malayalam (6 verses), at the age of 6 years, 7 months and 11 days, as confirmed on December 23, 2023.
