The record for playing the maximum number of beats on drum rolls was set by Antony Varghese (born on April 28, 1998) of Thrissur, Kerala. He played drum roll (double stroke) at 270 beats per minute. Double stroke is one of the toughest rudiments to play, as confirmed on May 18, 2022.
