The record for hitting the maximum number of balls with a cricket bat was set by S. Sai Aaditya (born on December 2, 2023) of Salem, Tamil Nadu. He hit 35 plastic balls with a plastic cricket bat (in the driveway) in 59 seconds, at the age of 2 years, 7 months and 27 days, as confirmed on July 29, 2026.
