The record for identifying the maximum number of animal species in 5 minutes was set by Eshan S. Machery (born on August 19, 2015) of Kannur, Kerala. He identified 184 species of animals including tiger, elephant, monkeys, dogs, rabbits and kangaroo in 5 minutes, at the age of 5 years, 9 months and 7 days, as confirmed on May 31, 2021.
