The record for donating the maximum amount of breast milk was set by M.Selva Brindha (born on May 26, 1992) of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. She donated 300 litres and 170 millilitres of her breast milk (from April 2023 to February 2025) at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital through Amirtham Foundation, as confirmed on May 12, 2025.
