The record for performing the maximum number of aerial yoga poses using a hammock was set by Maisha Mehta (born on January 15, 2020) of Udaipur, Rajasthan. She performed 15 aerial yoga poses namely Tree pose, Headstand, Handstand, Pigeon pose, Split pose, Camel pose, Wheel pose, Mountain pose, Full forward bend, Locust pose, Cobra pose, Bow pose, Cat pose, Dog pose and Warrior pose in 50 seconds, using a hammock, at the age of 3 years, 5 months and 30 days, as confirmed on July 14, 2023.
