The record for covering the maximum distance on a brakeless balance bicycle was set by Krishant Kumar K. (born on March 2, 2023) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He rode a brakeless balance bicycle (without pedals and supporting wheels) in a parking area for a distance of 2.07 km in 17 minutes and 50 seconds, at the age of 2 years, 2 months and 20 days, as confirmed on May 22, 2025.
