Mahesh Kumar Dubey – IBR Achiever
Mahesh Kumar Dubey (born on November 24, 1964) of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for writing a self-published Hindi comic book titled ‘Blackout Chapter-2’, The book is based on energy conservation, uses of solar energy and prevention of electricity theft. The employees of Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd. contributed towards the publishing and distribution of the comic book to create awareness on energy conservation, as confirmed on December 7, 2023.
