Longest Millet Energy Bar

The record for the Longest Millet Energy Bar was set by School of Hospitality, Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre (JECRC) University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, under the supervision of Dr. Manish Shrivastava. He along with 5 faculties and 80 students created the longest millet energy bar, (measuring 25 feet) using ingredients such as chocolate, dates, kodo millet, puffed pearl millet, pumpkin seeds, jawar flakes, dry fruits and others. This attempt was dedicated to the Government of India’s initiative to revive millet consumption, emphasizing its historical significance in India’s diet and promoting millet as a nutritious dietary staple, as confirmed on October 28, 2024.
