Longest flag march to commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by Tirath Singh Rawat
Tirath Singh Rawat of Dehradun, Uttarakhand – The former CM of Uttarakhand and sitting MP was honoured for setting the record for organising the longest flag march to commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, in 4th world record holders meet which was recently organized by India Book of Records at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi on 11th September, 2022. He started his flag march on August 13, 2022 at 10:00 am from Tapovan, Rishikesh; covered a distance of 270 km and completed it at 1:00 pm on August 15, 2022 at Badrinath Dham to commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
