Longest duration to play the Tabla by a child
The record for playing the Tabla for the longest duration was set by Parvathy Unnikrishnan (born on March 25, 2011) of Ernakulam, Kerala. She played the Tabla for Teen Taal in different ‘Layas’ with multiple Kayadas, Relas, Tukdas, Paran, Chakradhar and Teehai for 46 minutes and 36 seconds at the age of 10 years 9 months 25 days, as confirmed on January 19, 2022.
