The record for holding the tip of his tongue to the nose for the longest duration was set by Khaja Mohideen Akbar Ali (born June 19, 1991) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He touched the tip of his tongue to the nose and held it for 11 minutes and 30 seconds, as confirmed on August 16, 2021.
