The record for holding the centre split yoga pose for the longest duration was set by Aathmika Isa Anuraj (born on October 26, 2017) of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She performed and held herself in the centre split yoga pose (Samakonasana) for 30 minutes, at the age of 7 years, 5 months and 20 days, as confirmed on April 15, 2025.
