The record for being in the Baddha Padmasana yoga pose on a bed of nails for the longest duration was set by J. Mithrajit (born on May 25, 2015) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He held himself in the Baddha Padmasana yoga pose (Locked Lotus Pose) on a bed of nails for 30 minutes, at the age of 9 years, 2 months and 4 days, as confirmed on 29 July 2024.
