The record for organising the longest continuous series of blood donation camps in a revenue district was set by Nistha Pariwar of Bargarh, Odisha. Over 51 consecutive days, from January 1 to February 20, 2025, they conducted 56 camps, collecting 2,772 units of blood. The initiative, known as the ’51 Days Red Drop Ultra Marathon,’ took place at Biju Patnaik Townhall, Bargarh, to promote voluntary blood donation and raise awareness about saving lives, as confirmed on March 2, 2025.
