Largest Health and Hygiene Awareness Campaign for Tribal Women
The record for the largest health and hygiene awareness campaign for tribal women was set by Vikash Nursing College, Bhawanipatna, Odisha. On July 27, 2025, a total of 206 nursing students visited 10 different tribal areas of Kalahandi to educate women through interactive sessions, demonstrations, and open discussions. The campaign created a safe space for women to learn, ask questions, and express concerns. Aimed at empowerment, it inspired strength, self-worth, and leadership. This initiative supports the vision of ‘Vikshit Odisha for Vikshit Bharat,’ as confirmed on August 22, 2025.
